We’ve been making this wine from 2013, or from the winter of 2014, to be precise. That was when we decided to make it, after our first grandchildren Sára and Dóra had been born. This wine has been dedicated to the two cousins, to our two little princesses. Making it has become a tradition for us throughout the years. We use carefully selected Pinot Blanc, Welschriesling and Rhine Riesling bunches to make it. It’s skin fermented and, of course, matured in barrels for one or two years, which is a fact not to be neglected at all. We put a bit of our world into these bottles, which was not easy of course, since one bottle is only 0.75 litres. However, it has everything that we believe in and what is important for us. With SaraDora we hope to give you a little insight into our lives.
