P3 2020

We’ve always tried to bring together tradition and natural processes. With this wine, we went back to the old, red-and-white together, all-in-one method. Well, okay, it wasn’t so spontaneous, we had to think it over at least a bit. It was born from the co-fermentation of Pinot Blanc, Pinot Gris and Pint Noir. Hence the name, P3. And in order to put a little fruitiness in the bottle, and not to overload our destemmer, we fermented it with two thirds of whole bunches. Its beautiful appearance hides a truly diverse wine. It’s definitely worth a try, or perhaps even more.
