Somlyó red 2018

Our red wines are made in a fully traditional way. After a few weeks of skin fermentation they spend one and a half years in oak barrels. Since we work traditionally, each barrel of wine is a bit different from the others. And here come the difficulties. We need to taste them a lot, and I mean a lot. We do it, so that we can finally decide which ones are the most beautiful ones, and is not easy. Somlyó is made up of these. By the way, Somlyó is the name of the nature reserve that surrounds our vineyards .
