Pinot noir 2019

It’s been said that this region is like a little Burgundy. Honestly, I don’t know if that’s the case, but I’m sure Pinot Noir has found a new home here and it’s having a good time. And yes, it acts like a moody little princess showing a different face every year, but we like it as it is. If we treat it with respect, we’ll get excellent wine even in years with bad weather conditions. The key to beautiful Pinot Noir is not overthinking the preparation. Just do it traditionally and naturally! That’s the best.
