Bläufrankisch 2018

Oh yes, the Blaufränkisch. It’d be difficult to name another variety that is more typical to our region than Blaufränkisch. And, of course, it’s not a mere coincidence. Wines made from few grape varieties can be drank so well when they become beautifully mature. And with Blaufränkisch this is the case, believe me. And it’s not because it has a certain amount of sugar and acid content etc. No, the reason is that it belongs here, to this very region. The people making wine around here have known this for ages. Because they could and still can make good wine, and they drink the same thing too. They do it with from their heart and their soul. That's all we add to our wine: our heart and our soul.
